Blue Diamond Machinery customised a power solution to operate a lithium crushing plant in the Northern Territory.
Blue Diamond Machinery supplied 5 x highly–customised CAT generators – 3 x 650kVa prime power, 2 x 715kVa standby power, and a 16,000L fuel tank. The generators were upgraded in-house to run in synchronisation to help push out service intervals. We documented the commissioning of the units as well as their dispatch and tied it all together with an interview from Blue Diamond’s very own Jason Muncaster who walked us through the project and its outcome which was reliable power, less fuel costs and a longer generator lifespan…..and a great case study video.
