Proving ONE in the Pilbara

Blue Diamond Machinery had a milestone worth recording. Their ONE module was going into a fleet of Duratec generators in Karratha — the first significant trial of the technology, and a move forward in Duratec’s sustainability measures. We flew north to document the installation as it happened. Working on an operating site in the Pilbara means fitting in around the people doing the work, respecting the site’s requirements, and getting what’s needed without slowing anything down. That’s familiar ground for us. We’ve worked alongside BDM long enough to understand what they’re building and why it matters to their customers. So rather than turning up as a film crew, we turned up as part of the team — and came home with a clear, honest record of the moment ONE went to work.
